Kain Corporate and Commercial Lawyers has boosted its mergers and acquisitions team with the addition of lawyer Tom Katsaros.

Having commenced his career in Adelaide, Katsaros gained extensive international experience after spending over four years working in the Cayman and Channel Islands as a corporate M&A and funds lawyer.

Most recently he worked in the corporate and investment funds division at Maples and Calder Cayman Islands where he specialised in funds management, M&A and private equity.

"It's rare to attract somebody of Tom's calibre and experience back to Adelaide," said head of Kain C+C corporate team John Kain. "He will add significant depth to our merger and acquisition credentials."
