Wellington lawyer Paula Nicolaou has rejoined DLA Phillips Fox as a senior associate in the firm's Wellington real estate team.

Nicolaou is an experienced property and construction lawyer with expertise in construction (major projects), infrastructure, consultants and service agreements, procurement processes, contracting in the public sector and commercial property work.

In addition to her experience at DLA Phillips Fox, she has also spent two years as in-house legal counsel for a major property development company and one year as a consultant in private practice.
