Madgwicks has appointed Dennis Tomaras as a partner in the firm's taxation and revenue team.

Previously a partner in an advisory firm, Tomaras has over 20 years of experience advising clients on taxation issues associated with mergers and acquisitions, international tax planning, federal and state taxation authorities disputes and general business structuring.
