Corrs Chambers Westgarth has strengthened its national banking and finance team with the appointment of former Mallesons lawyer, Brad Robinson.

 
 

An experienced banking and finance and debt capital markets lawyer, Robinson, a senior associate at Mallesons, will join Corrs' Melbourne office as partner.

Robinson has a broad banking and finance practice acting for borrowers, financiers, arrangers, sponsors and other market participants in relation to securities offerings in the international and domestic debt capital markets, project and infrastructure finance and corporate and acquisition finance transactions.

His experience also includes more than four years in London practising in the debt capital markets, securitisation and acquisition finance areas.
