Gallate has extensive experience in conducting significant and complex commercial litigation and advising insolvency practitioners in major external administration and liquidations. She has acted for the administrator of the ABC Learning Group of Companies, which involved making a number of applications in the Federal Court of Australia.

Pike specialises in mortgage enforcement, banking and finance litigation, and debt recovery. He advises large national banks and large non-bank lenders on mortgage enforcement and debt recovery.
