Bennett was previously a senior human resources manager with Ashurst LLP in London, where she was responsible for the corporate department of over 50 partners and 200 staff.

At Advent Lawyers, Bennett will be responsible for the firm's people and development activities including recruitment and resourcing, incentives and benefits, lawyer development and continuing to build on the firm's core values and culture.
