Former Freehills and Blake Dawson partner Amanda Davidson has been appointed leader of Holding Redlich's Sydney group of its national construction and infrastructure practice.

 
 

Before joining Holding Redlich, Davidson was CEO of Davidson Infrastructure in Singapore and was a senior partner with Freehills in Sydney and a lead partner of Blake Dawson Waldron's national construction and infrastructure group.

Previously a senior associate at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Jon Cane has joined Holding Redlich as a partner in the firm's corporate and commercial practice.

Cane specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, fundraising, joint ventures and general corporate advice.

Recently the acting director of legal services for the Queensland Department of Infrastructure and Planning, Ian Commins has joined Holding Redlich as a special counsel in the construction and infrastructure practice group.
