Johanna Lucas and Susan Davis have joined Barry and Nilsson Lawyers as senior associate and solicitor respectively.

Davis comes from DLA Phillips Fox where she provided advice in relation to professional indemnity and financial lines in various multi-party litigated disputes. She will join Barry and Nilsson's insurance and health team, specialising in the defence of professional indemnity claims, and will bring extensive litigation experience which includes representing Malcolm Turnbull MP and Goldman Sachs in the HIH collapse.

Lucas joined Barry and Nilsson in March as senior associate and brings over 10 years' experience in insurance law. She will be acting for the firm's insurer clients in the defence of public liability, product liability and property damage claims. Lucas also advises on policy coverage, indemnity and risk management issues.
