Andrew Abernethy and Shaun McRobert have joined the corporate finance practice of Norton Rose, Hong Kong.

Abernethy is an M&A, capital markets and investment funds lawyer, previously a partner at the Dubai office. Abernethy's experience includes advising on international M&A, particularly cross-border transactions and a range of equity and convertible securities offerings. He has acted for both purchasers and sellers in acquisition and disposition transactions.

McRobert has relocated to Hong Kong from the Norton Rose Perth office where he was partner, following strong demand from China. His focus is cross-border M&A, resources and equity capital markets.
