Thomson Playford Cutlers has bolstered its property team in Sydney, luring Sarah Aitken away from Mallesons Stephen Jaques.

Aitken, who joins the firm as a special counsel, has extensive experience in retail, commercial and industrial leasing, acting for corporate and institutional clients, both as landlord and tenant.

At Mallesons she was the practice manager for the firm's commercial leasing group.
