DLA Phillips Fox has lured three property funds management specialists across from Boutique funds management firm Hutchinson Macafee.

John Hutchinson and Tony Macafee have joined the firm as partners, while Alice Calderwood joins as a special counsel, all to be based in the firm's Melbourne office.

Hutchinson and Macafee specialise in property finds management, providing transactional and regulatory advice for listed and unlisted funds.

Hutchinson's previous experience includes being a corporate partner at Freehills and general counsel of Centro Properties Group, while Macafee was formerly general counsel, funds management, for Becton Property group.
