Hall & Wilcox has lured across a three-lawyer OH&S team from Freehills in Melbourne.

The team is led by partner Penny Stevens, working with special counsel Nicole Fauvrelle and solicitor Kim Grady.

The team works broadly across the OH&S space, with particular expertise in incident management and the conduct of prosecutions.

They will join the firm's employment and workplace relations practice, bringing the practice to a total of 16 lawyers.
