Bartier Perry has bolstered its insolvency capacity with the appointment of David Richardson and Julie Talakovski, effective 1 September.
They specialise in banking and insolvency litigation, acting for banks, financiers and insolvency practitioners.
The firm has also recently brought on Marcus Connor as a senior associate in the corporate and commercial team. Connor, who moved across from Chang, Pistilli & Simmons, has broad corporate experience, including advising on private treaty transactions, debt and equity raising, funds management and energy and resources-related work.
