Herbert Geer has bolstered its partner ranks by two, following the appointment of Cameron Roberts and Andrew Venables.

Roberts joins the firm's workplace services team. He specialises in professional indemnity and has experience in public and product liability, contractors' all risk claims, property and industrial risk insurance claims and commercial building and construction disputes.

Venables will head up the firm's Melbourne major projects practice. He has extensive experience in complex project finance, particularly in the energy and utilities sectors.
