Mark Swan has joined Mills Oakley as a special counsel in its Sydney property team. He has moved across from PricewaterhouseCoopers.

 
 

Swan's experience includes sales and purchases, mortgages and related corporate securities, leasing, development agreements, broad-acre subdivisions, freehold and leasehold strata subdivision, stratum subdivision and building management statements, easements, restrictive covenants and positive covenants and NSW local government property transactions.
