Adelaide firm Kelly & Co Lawyers has appointed Stuart Price as its new CEO.

Price has worked for more than 15 years at a senior executive level in the financial services and professional services industries. His experience spans Australia, the UK and the Middle East.

His appointment coincides with the recent appointment of Michael Durrant as the firm's chairman of partners. Durrant joined the firm in 1990, becoming a partner in 1996. He specialises in advising mining and resources companies on their regulatory, common law and contractual obligations, in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
