Boutique corporate advisory firm McGrathNicol has expanded its transaction services team, appointing Jamie Irving as a partner in its Sydney office. He joins the firm from Ernst & Young where he was a partner.

 
 

Irving has extensive experience working with both purchasers and vendors on transactions, including due diligence, sell-side assistance and pre-sale due diligence, deal and negotiation support, forecast assessment and evaluation, transaction project management and deal integration.

At Ernst & Young he worked with clients across a range of industries and various jurisdictions including the UK, Europe, US, South-East Asia and New Zealand.
