Katdare advises on both contentious and non-contentious aspects of litigation, consumer protection and product liability law. His experience includes dealing with price fixing matters, misuse of market power, exclusive arrangement, cartel investigations and leniency applications.

He also has experience in access to infrastructure matters and advising on the competition implications of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and supply arrangements.
