Former Ingram Micro senior legal counsel joins FCW Lawyers
FCW Lawyers has bolstered its Sydney office with the addition of a new principal lawyer, who was formerly a senior legal counsel and director in Australia and New Zealand for Ingram Micro.
Joining the commercial team at FCW Lawyers, commercial IT and IP specialist Guy Betar will enhance the firm’s capabilities in the fields of information technology and intellectual property law.
“I’m thrilled to be joining FCW Lawyers. This firm’s commitment to excellence and its forward-thinking approach to IT and IP law align perfectly with my own passion for innovation and technology,” he said.
“I’m eager to bring my expertise and experience to the team and collaborate with them and our clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients in this rapidly evolving legal landscape.”
Mr Betar will join the firm on 8 November, where his expertise will be instrumental in helping FCW clients navigate the complexities of IT and IP law, according to FCW Lawyers managing principal Andrew Douglas.
“With the increasing importance of technology and innovation in the modern business landscape, having a seasoned IT and IP expert on our team is a strategic move to provide our clients with specialist legal counsel and support in these domains,” he said.
