MacGillivrays Solicitors has appointed Anthony Williams as an associate. Williams is part of the dispute resolution and litigation department at MacGillivrays. He specialises in insolvency, construction litigation and regularly advises lenders on the enforcement of their securities.
Philip Heuzenroeder has been appointed as a principal of Spruson&Ferguson Lawyers in its commercialisation team.
