Queensland-based McInnes Wilson Lawyers has appointed three new solicitors. Vanessa MacDonald, who joins the insurance litigation division in the firm’s Brisbane office, has experience in civil litigation, work health, commercial litigation and commercial law. Carl Moseling has been appointed to the firm’s Maroochydore office where he will work on compulsory third party insurance claims. Mike Madden has joined the commercial litigation team in McInnes Wilson’s Brisbane office. He has experience working as a legal officer with the state Department of Tourism, Fair Trading and Wine Industry Development.
