Harwood Andrews has appointed Matthew Bridges as a senior lawyer in its environmental, planning and local government division. Bridges acts for a number of municipal councils and statutory authorities throughout Victoria.
Carter Newell has appointed three new partners: Mark Brookes in commercial dispute resolution, David Rodighiero in construction and engineering, and Cameron Jorss in corporate and commercial.
The firm has also appointed professional liability expert Brett Heath as Special Counsel in their insurance division. In its corporate and commercial division, the firm has promoted tax and financial structuring specialist Patricia Allendorf to senior associate, corporate lawyer Guy Danalis to associate and Susan Wallace to associate.
Minter Ellison Rudd Watts has appointed Mark Stuart as a corporate and commercial partner in their Auckland office. Stuart rejoined the firm in 2004 as a senior associate after working as a managing associate with Linklaters in London. He is to advise on mergers and acquisitions, securities law and other corporate law areas.
