Sydney boutique corporate and commercial firm Watson Mangioni has promoted Simon Barnett to director from 1 July. Barnett joined the firm in 2001 and has extensive experience in corporate transactions, financial services and corporate and regulatory advice. From 1 July the firm will operate as Watson Mangioni Lawyers Pty Limited, an incorporated legal practice trading as Watson Mangioni.
