TWO NEW appointees to Truman Hoyle have strengthened the Sydney firm’s technology practice group.

Alex Ninis and Gerard Doolin bring to the corporate, technology and communications law firm a particular focus on government contracting and large scale technology implementations.

Ninis, joining as partner, has a considerable client base of technology and consulting clients. Before accepting his new role, he was vice president and general counsel of Asia Pacific and Japan for Peoplesoft Inc, a multinational software and services company. Ninis’ client contacts are the result of his professional experience in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Hong Kong, China, Thailand and Korea.

Appointed as senior lawyer, Doolin comes to the firm from an in-house counsel position at EDS (Australia) Pty Ltd and Accenture Australia Limited.

We're evolving — and so should your insights. Heads up — Lawyers Weekly is going premium from 1 May for just $5 a month. Stay informed without missing a beat. More information coming soon.
