Colin Biggers & Paisley has unveiled a new graduate program across its offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. The program’s first intake consisted of 12 graduates, who commenced on Monday, 27 February.

CBP said in a statement that it has always recruited graduates, but has now implemented a structured program across the entire firm.

“Our program is designed to take a 360-degree approach, focusing on transitioning these talented people from university life into work, and focusing on allowing our graduates to be involved in the challenging and exciting work that we do here with every opportunity for learning, development and mentoring along the way,” said Louise Campbell, director of human resources at CBP.

Applications are now open for the firm’s 2018 Sydney graduate program.
