You should attend industry functions organised by these professional organisations as a way of maintaining your network and establishing new relationships.
In addition, attending industry events and business functions is a way of developing relationships with key individuals in the corporate and private practice sector.
An ongoing relationship with your recruitment consultant is also beneficial. They will be able to guide and advise you throughout your legal career and keep you updated on the market.
