Freehills has advised Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited on the lease for its new head office at an iconic site in Adelaide.

 
 

The proposed building, expected to be completed in November 2013, is a 14 level property to be built at the former site of the major department store Harris Scarfe.

The complex will consist of predominantly of commercial office and retail space.

Freehills advised on the construction and leasing aspects of the transaction while Malleson Stephen Jaques acted for the developers

Freehills partner Jane Hodder led the Freehills team supported by senior associate Sebastian Renato.
