Addisons acted for Bega Cheese on the IPO, which raised $35 million through the issue of over 18 million shares.

Addisons partner David Ferguson led his firm's team, which included senior associate Kristy Dixon and lawyer Belle Jing.

Ferguson has acted for Bega Cheese for over 20 years.

Allens advised the sole lead manager, CBA Equities, with partner Vijay Cugati leading the firm's team in Sydney. He was supported by senior associate Annabel Verco, and lawyers Scott Day and Mike Forster.

VIEW ALL

The company commenced trading on 19 August, under the ticker 'BGA', and had a market capitalisation of around $254 million at listing.
