Allion Legal has acted for Galaxy Resources Limited in relation to its acquisition of a 20 per cent interest and farm-in to the Canadian James Bay lithium pegmatite project from Lithium One Inc. Galaxy has the potential to increase its equity interest to 70 per cent through the completion of a definitive feasibility study within a 24 month period.

 
 

The James Bay Project is an extensive high-grade spodumene pegmatite, near-surface deposit in Quebec, Canada, with a NI 43-101 compliant resource and close proximity to key infrastructure.

Principal Stuart Mengler led the team.
