Blake Dawson has acted for Francisco Partners which has entered into a Share Sale Agreement with ABB Group (ABB), advised by Allens Arthur Robinson, under which ABB will purchase all of the shares in EAM Holdings Pty Ltd - the holding company for the Mincom Software Group - from Francisco Partners.
