Marubeni Corporation, a listed Japanese global trading firm, has acquired a 40 per cent stake in Osmoflo, Australia's leading locally owned desalination company.
The Thomsons Lawyers' team was led by partner Loretta Reynolds and senior associate Carissa Hillyard.

Marubeni, advised by Kelly & Co's Steve Bonett and Kate McKeough, has global interests in oil, gas, mining, power and numerous other activities and will position Osmoflo as its strategic partner for desalination and industrial water treatment projects internationally as well as in Australia.
