Clayton Utz has acted for Macquarie Capital Adviser as underwriter of CSG Limited's successful $40 million institutional placement.

Clayton Utz Equity Capital Markets partner Brendan Groves led the transaction for Macquarie Capital Advisers, which comprised approximately 21 million shares to institutional and sophisticated investors at $1.90 per share.

Funds raised will provide CSG with additional working capital and allow it to proceed with announced acquisitions.

"We are pleased to have advised Macquarie Capital Advisers on the successful institutional placement and to see the Offer was very well received by the market," said Groves.
