Hamilton Locke has started the year by elevating 10 lawyers to more senior roles.

Daniel Owen, a corporate lawyer based in Perth, is the firm’s newest special counsel, while Nicola Irwin Faulks, Jeremy O’Hara, Sorcha O’Rourke, Lorenzo Ricchi, James Roberts, Jordon Rossetto, Emily Taylor, Palak Thaker, and Ariane Thierry have all been promoted to senior associate.

The promotions were effective as of 1 January.

The news follows the firm’s promotion of 18 lawyers to more senior roles, including two to the partnership, in July of last year, as well as its addition of three partners to its ranks in August.

Speaking about the promotions, Hamilton Locke managing partner Nick Humphrey said: “These promotions encapsulate what we stand for as a culture: intellectually sharp, industrious professionals who prioritise their colleagues and deliver nothing short of excellence to our clients.

“We celebrate and congratulate them on this important moment in their careers.”
