Gilchrist Connell adds 4 special counsel
National law firm Gilchrist Connell has appointed four special counsel across three of its offices.
Richard Scougall, Denise Bowen, Lauren Rathbone, and Nicholas Maiorana (all pictured) have joined Gilchrist Connell as special counsel.
Bowen formerly practised privately as a lawyer and mediator, and she brings a multidisciplinary approach to the firm with her background as a solicitor and nurse working across the areas of health and the aged-care sector.
Rathbone has come from the in-house realm and works in commercial and insurance litigation. She will be based in the firm’s Perth office.
Maiorana has come across from fellow national law firm Wotton + Kearney. He will be based in Sydney and brings his experience in property, construction, and professional risks.
Speaking about the appointments, Gilchrist Connell managing principal Richard Wood said: “We are thrilled to welcome talent of such high quality.
“These appointments reflect our ongoing dedication to delivering top-tier legal services to all our clients.”
