She has over 15 years of experience, having worked for several years both in-house and in private practice, specialising in contentious professional indemnity claims.
Based in Brisbane, Mr Peppel has experience managing a diverse portfolio of claims for national insurers and self-insurers, including claims pursuant to the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002; the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994; the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 and general litigation.
Carter Newell managing partner Paul Hopkins congratulated the two lawyers on their promotions.
“At Carter Newell Lawyers, a key pillar of our success over the past 35 years is growing our team from within. We grow our own. This has enabled us to retain and build a highly skilled team – helping them form strong relationships with clients over time, better understand their needs, and deliver the best service possible,” he said.
“I’m proud to congratulate both Christine and Christopher and look forward to more successes in 2024.”
