Michael Ryan (pictured) has joined Keypoint Law as a consulting principal and will be based in the firm’s Sydney office.

He is, the firm said in a statement, a senior corporate lawyer with over 30 years of experience in corporate advisory, cross-border transactions, equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr Ryan comes across from Addisons, where he served as a partner for 17 years and consultant thereafter. He finished up with the firm in December 2023.

The news follows a significant year of growth for Keypoint in 2023 and its appointment of a property law consulting principal earlier this month.

Keypoint chief executive Warren Kalinko said: “Michael is a highly skilled corporate lawyer with an excellent track record.

“We are looking forward to capitalising on his experience, and network, in the corporate sphere … his joining is a fabulous development for our corporate clients across the firm.”

Mr Ryan added: “I am thrilled to join Keypoint Law and am looking forward to working with such an experienced and highly regarded team of lawyers.”
