National firm McInnes Wilson Lawyers has unveiled a new executive leadership team in 2024 as it approaches its 50th anniversary.
In a statement, McInnes Wilson revealed that, from 1 January 2024, Allison Langford and Mark Woolley will be joint managing principals for the national firm, which has offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Maroochydore, Melbourne, and Sydney.
Paul Tully, who currently serves as firm chairman and managing principal – and whom the firm said “was instrumental in establishing McInnes Wilson Lawyers’ enviable reputation” – will remain with the firm and transition to a specialist consulting, mentoring, and relationship role.
The incoming leadership team, the firm noted, will be supported by its existing management team, including newly appointed chief operating officer Cathy Reynolds, in managing its team across the six national locations.
Speaking about the firm’s outgoing head, Ms Langford said: “I speak for all principals, employees, and clients in thanking Paul Tully for over 25 years of leadership, expertise, and commitment to serving clients, the firm and our people.”
