Clementyne Rawlyk (pictured) has joined Hamilton Locke as of this month, having finished up at Corrs in May of this year.
The news follows the arrival of partner Justin Fox in January — also from Corrs — who is the firm’s new head of corporate, as well as its hiring of a special counsel from Corrs to be the firm’s founding partner in Brisbane, as reported in March.
It also follows the firm’s promotion of 15 professionals last month.
Ms Rawlyk, Hamilton Locke said in a statement, specialises in inbound investment and complex Australian cross-border mergers and acquisitions and is a trusted legal adviser to her clients working across several industries, including healthcare, digital and technology and manufacturing.
She will be based in the firm’s Melbourne office.
Speaking about the firm’s newest partner, Hamilton Locke managing partner Nick Humphrey said: “We are thrilled to have Clementyne join our corporate practice in Melbourne alongside recently appointed partner Justin Fox.
“The addition of Clementyne strengthens the capabilities and expertise of our corporate practice in Melbourne and nationally.”
