Ms Robinson (pictured) is one of 21 board members, whose function is to set the strategic direction of the Property Council and assist in the development of the Property Council’s policy direction and implementation.

In a statement, she said that she is “honoured” to be among the industry professionals chosen to represent members’ interests.

“As a property lawyer of over two decades, I’ve observed how the industry has evolved and the need for a strong industry representative body to support that evolution,” she said.

“It’s a privilege to serve on the board, working with the new leadership team of Michael O’Brien (national president), Tarun Gupta (national vice-president) and Deborah Coakley (national vice-president).”

The Property Council represents over 2,600 public and private organisation members, with interests in commercial and residential property across Australia.

Ms Robinson currently serves as the partner-in-charge of Clayton Utz’s Sydney office and has been a partner at the firm for over 14 years. She has also served as the firm’s national practice group leader for real estate.
