Rocky Point sells garden business to Hyne Group
Supply business Rocky Point has been advised by national law firm Piper Alderman on the selldown of its 60 per cent interest in its garden business to the Hyne Group.

Key players: The Piper Alderman team was led by partner Andrew Rankin, who was supported by special counsel Caren Klavsen and senior associate Kara Pennisi.
Deal significance: Mr Rankin said: “We are delighted to have assisted Rocky Point on this transaction, as the business has been looking for opportunities for future growth while allowing their family business to implement succession planning for future generations.”
