OptiBPO sold to Cloudstaff

Offshore consulting business optiBPO has been advised by Hamilton Locke on its sale to Cloudstaff.

Deal: optiBPO has been sold to global cloud-based workforce provider Cloudstaff in a strategic acquisition.

Area: merger and acquisition

Value: Undisclosed

Key players: The Hamilton Locke team comprised partner Brent Delaney, special counsel Joshua Bell and associate Lorenzo Ricchi.

Deal significance: Mr Delaney said: “Our team is proud to have advised Jamie McBrien and Nicola Mace on the sale of optiBPO to Cloudstaff in what was an interesting and strategic acquisition.

“We look forward to seeing the growth that the acquisition of optiBPO will bring to the Cloudstaff group over the coming years.”
