‘Succession nerd’ joins Keypoint as consulting principal
Emerging BigLaw firm Keypoint continues to bolster its number of consulting principals, this time with the appointment of a wills and estates lawyer.
Michele Davis, whom the firm referred to as an acclaimed “succession nerd”, has joined Keypoint, bringing more than 13 years of experience as a wills and estates lawyer specialising in succession and elder law.
She is also a nationally accredited mediator, an adjunct lecturer for the College of Law, a writer, and a podcaster.
Speaking about the appointment, Keypoint chief executive Warren Kalinko said: “Michele demonstrates an incredible enthusiasm and passion for the law, and this is evident in her various complementary pursuits as a podcaster, educator and succession law PhD candidate.
“We are so pleased to be able to provide a platform for senior lawyers like Michele to continue practising law in a balanced and effective way.”
Ms Davis added: “I feel incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to join such esteemed legal colleagues within the innovative infrastructure offered by Keypoint Law.”
“I am excited to be continuing my practice in a way that offers the truest form of flexibility and autonomy, whilst also embracing the importance of having the support of a wonderful team if/when needed.”
