Justin Fox (pictured) has joined Hamilton Locke in its Melbourne office, further bolstering the firm’s national corporate offering.

He will serve as the firm’s head of corporate.

He brings, Hamilton Locke said in a statement, over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and has advised household names such as Foster’s, BP, and Singapore Airlines on significant corporate transactions in Australia.

He joins the firm from Corrs and follows the news of Wotton + Kearney’s poaching of a team from Corrs.

Speaking about the appointment, Hamilton Locke managing partner Nick Humphrey said: “We are delighted to welcome Justin Fox to our Melbourne office and to grow our corporate practice.

“Justin’s extensive skill set and diverse experience is a great asset to our corporate practice, clients, and the wider firm.”
