Kitty Vo has been appointed as a partner in the real estate team in Ashurst’s Sydney office, as part of the firm’s plan to grow the offering to developer and investor clients.

Her appointment, the firm said in a statement, will “strengthen the firm’s multi-disciplinary offering to its clients and bolster the real estate team’s ability to support investors across the region”.

She has, Ashurst went on, “a broad range of experience across all aspects of commercial real estate transactions”, and advises on the full life cycle of real estate assets, from acquisitions and divestments to leases, licences and access arrangements involving commercial, industrial, retail and residential assets.

Speaking about the appointment, Ashurst Australia real estate group head Pauline Tan said: “Kitty is a skilled real estate practitioner and she is well-placed to help Ashurst continue to grow our offering to clients across the commercial, industrial, retail and residential sectors.”

“We’re delighted to welcome Kitty back to the firm, where she will add bench strength to our busy real estate practice in both Australia and the Asia Pacific region,” she said.

Ms Vo added, “I look forward to returning to Ashurst and rejoining a truly integrated, global, real estate team. Ashurst is renowned for its ability to advise on complex, market-leading transactions.”

“I am excited by this opportunity to come back and work together again with such a high-calibre team and to build my offerings to our clients both domestically and internationally,” she said.
