Aware Services sold to dentsu
Squire Patton Boggs has advised the shareholders of Aware Services on the company’s sale to dentsu.

Deal significance: Aware Services is an Australian-owned consultancy specialising in salesforce, data and analytics.
Dentsu is a multinational media and digital marketing communications firm.
This transaction will see Aware Services come under the umbrella of Merkle, dentsu’s technology-enabled, data-driven customer experience management business.
The acquisition will allow Merkle to expand its salesforce capabilities and is an important step in its strategic plan to become the leading customer transformation provider in Australia, a statement from Squire Patton Boggs said.
