Nightingale Intelligent Systems makes ASX debut
Maddocks has advised Nightingale Intelligent Systems on its successful IPO and listing on the ASX.

Deal significance: Nightingale Intelligent Systems is a US drone technology company headquartered in Silicon Valley. It specialises in unmanned aerial systems (UAS) security robotic solutions and automating the physical security sector.
Further, a statement from Maddocks noted, its use of UAS is designed to meet the future security needs of critical infrastructure for asset owners, “and is considered a key area of growth and opportunity given the current geopolitical environment”.
Nightingale Intelligent Systems’ launch on the ASX comes as part of its global expansion strategy to disrupt the physical security market with automation technologies.
Commenting on the deal, Maddocks lead partner Catherine Merity said: “With major clients in key sectors across eight countries, Nightingale is seeking to disrupt the physical security market as the world looks increasingly for innovative security solutions such as drones.
