Deal: Ashurst has supported Ofload in its fundraising, two-thirds of which was equity and one-third of which was debt.

Key players: The Ashurst team was led by partner Stuart Dullard, who was assisted by senior associate Tom McCann, associates Rebecca Karpin and Jack Jones, partner Kenneth Tang, and senior associate Sophia Cook. 

Deal significance: Speaking about the raise, Mr Dullard said: “Ashurst is proud to have advised Ofload on this milestone. We are excited to watch Ofload’s next business chapter unfold.”
