Piper Alderman hires Sydney partner
Piper Alderman has welcomed a new restructuring and insolvency partner.
Mark Doble joins Piper Alderman’s Sydney office in his new role, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in corporate insolvency and bankruptcy.
According to a statement provided by Piper Alderman, Mr Doble has established strong relationships with insolvency practitioners and members of the bar who specialise in insolvency matters.
The move to recruit Mr Doble follows Piper Alderman’s dedication to building out its national restructuring and insolvency team in recent years, with Mr Doble’s appointment taking the team to nine partners across four offices.
Piper Alderman managing partner Tony Britten-Jones welcomed Mr Doble to the team, noting the value he brings.
“Mark is a seasoned restructuring and insolvency lawyer, and his depth of experience complements our national team,” Mr Britten-Jones said.
“We look forward to Mark becoming an integral member of both the national team and our Sydney partnership.”
Mr Doble said he’s thrilled to join Piper Alderman, flagging the synergies between him and the firm.
“I am very excited by the opportunities that Piper Alderman offers, both for me and my clients,” he said.
“Since my decision to join the firm, my confidence has only been increased by the very positive comments clients and colleagues alike have made about Piper Alderman.”
