Andersen Global, Cornwalls unveil collaboration in Melbourne
International tax and legal practice Andersen Global is expanding its Australian presence by way of a collaboration agreement with growing national firm Cornwalls, for the latter’s Melbourne office.
Andersen Global, a global tax and legal practice with over 700 partners in over 250 locations, has moved to shore up its legal capabilities and coverage of the Australian market by entering into a collaboration agreement with Cornwalls’ Melbourne office.
“Their addition allows us to maintain our foothold in the region and positions us for further growth,” he remarked.
In conversation with Lawyers Weekly, Cornwalls explained that being a collaborating firm of Andersen means that it is the go-to legal entity in Australia for the global player’s international clients.
“Similarly, if we had work that needed doing in other countries, we can refer that work to AG firms (both tax and legal services),” the firm noted.
Cornwalls chief executive officer Levent Shevki added: “Our clients are at the centre of our business model, and we prioritise exceeding expectations by promoting stewardship and identifying new opportunities in the market.
“Our collaboration with Andersen Global allows us to remain a leading law firm and extends our capabilities to deliver best-in-class service regionally and globally.
“Anderson Global values entrepreneurship, empowerment, and a culture of collaboration, which again strikes a chord with our firm strategy. We are delighted to be collaborating with a reputable international entity providing best-in-class tax and legal services around the world.”
