HSF hires Hong Kong regulator
Global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) has welcomed a new partner, who will assume the position from October of this year.
Alice Molan has joined the firm’s Melbourne office, where she will work with partner Charlotte Henry and senior consultant Tony Coburn to help clients in the banking, non-bank lending, payments, and fintech industries with Australian and international banking regulatory issues.
After working as a partner at Walkers in Hong Kong, Ms Molan is returning to Melbourne.
Earlier in her career, she worked at King & Wood Mallesons as a senior associate in both the Melbourne and Hong Kong offices.
